Articulation System
I gathered real user feedback and gained insight into client needs, which led to a complete redesign of the interface and flow of the ASSIST public site over several months. I collaborated with the client to refine designs and features, enhancing the app's functional design to improve user experience and meet the updated business requirements.

A digital mortgage platform that seamlessly integrates an exceptional borrower experience with an automated lender workflow, significantly lowering loan costs, enhancing transparency, and expediting the loan closing process.
Collaborated closely with the client to outline the complete system flow and requirements from beginning to end. Established a foundational design for their demo system, enabling straightforward color customization for their clients.

Datacenter Admin
Collaborated with the client and a member of their design team to develop a hardware asset management tool that enables efficient monitoring, maintenance, upgrades, and reporting of all hardware assets across their data centers.
Engaged in user interviews to pinpoint pain points, essential features, and desired enhancements. Leveraging this feedback, along with the client's comprehensive brand guidelines and UI component library, I designed a series of screens for the development team.

Collaborated with a team to transform a napkin concept into a fleshed out final design. This app targets users considering electric vehicles who often worry about EV range and its effect on their daily driving. It offers comprehensive electric vehicle education, vehicle recommendations, and features a route planning tool along with a social component to ensure ongoing relevance and utility as users embrace the EV lifestyle.
